I purchased Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 online from SnapDeal at Rs.15200 and SnapDeal provided me accidental damage warranty from warrantybazaar at the time of purchase itself. Due to an accident, my mobile broke and the accident conditions meet with those written on the site of warranty bazaar. After thet, I approach them at the end of December. They kept on asking for various documents and after making me run for 2 months, they are giving Vague reasons that mobile is not properly damaged, higher authority are not accepting it. I have suffered a lot because of absence of my mobile.

The consequence is I lost my mobile worth 15.2 k even though I had accidental damage warranty plan(during first year of purchase). I want my phone to be replaced and if not, I want complete money back for my phone. Also I want the pay for amount of problem they made me face for last 2 months. If given in cash, I want something near to Rs. 20,000/-.
