I have bought New Micromax Mobile form Spice Hotsport and took the Insurance form Spice Hotsport Pro care. There is some manufacturing problem with phone, Its not getting proper signal while if we insert the same SIM to other phone we get proper signal. Now the Insurance company charging me with co-pay amount and shop from where we bought Mobile also not replacing the phone.

its a manufacturing defect so phone should get replace.
