Micromax Mobile – Service Center Not Resolving issue

Complaint Docket no- N050118081411606679 hi I am user of micromax mobile. I ordered my ‘Micromax Canvas A117 Magnus’ on 3rd Feb, 2014 from Amazon. Just after three month of uses, it start giving problem. Its touch was not working properly, And some time it starts working itself. I already, read the comments of micromax users, about the after sale service of micromax. So i did not go to the service center and manage to use it. But, in August, it was impossible to use the mobile. So i submitted my mobile to the ADITYA COMMUNICATION, SHOP NO 610, MOHAN NAGAR, KURUKSHETRA on 20/08/2014. They said, mobile touch need to be change, and assured me that my mobile problem will be solved within 5 to 7 days. My nightmare come true about the service center of micromax. Now its more than 21 days, they did not return my mobile. Not even they are giving any satisfactory answer about the delivery of phone. Every time i visit to service center they postpone the delivery date to another 7 days. Please resolve my problem as early as possible.
