had purchased Micromax Canvas Lite Model No. A92 from Flipkart, Order ID:OD30711050900, Order Date: 11 July, 2013 10:40 AM by me – * Neil Bakshi 9832520xxx * Lowis Jubilee Complex Food Craft Institute Guddi Road Darjeeling, West Bengal – 734101 I had emailed earlier to you for regarding servicing of the phone, as its wifi and bluetooth were not working, and you had advised me to take it to the nearest service center, i did the same and placed the phone for servicing on 12/02/2014, job sheet no – E030526-0214-8103092, R1402FW88148166,and they promised to return my phone by one week, and i went to the service center to get my phone at the end of the week as they had called me to come, but they couldn’t find the phone, and told me to come later, as they had not received the phone form Kolkata center, it was simply harassment to me as i had to wait for over an hour, now today is 26/04/2014 and still i haven’t received my phone, my repeated calls to micromax customer support has yielded no results and they ask me to wait for another 15 days everytime i call them. i am facing lot of problems because of the phone. Please help me asap.

i want the phone repaired or replacement in lieu of it and compensation for the harassment i had to go through.
