I had lodge a complaint for my microtek inverter no MJB590996 dt 09/07/2014 .On 15/07/2014 I had received a sms that my complaint was attended by Mr Jitendra mob no 8896207785 and complaint was closed. I was quite surprised that how the complaint was closed without attending. I had contacted with Mr Sri Kant on phone no 011-42733377 who is looking Allahabad unit replied that Mr Jintendra Pal visited your place and unit was not found.I was very much in Bhadohi and your engineer is giving wrong statement. Sri Kant forwrded my complaint to Allahabad .I had received a call from mob no 9936952012 Mr Raj kumar Tewari replied that no onsite service is avaible for Bhadohi as bhadohi is village.In this regard I want to submit that Bhadodi is city who is largest exporter of hand made carpet in the world and your employee are saying that It is a village how ridiculous answer they are giving.As far as my knowledgeis concern Microtek is largest producer of inventor in india and they are selling their product with one year warranty onsite and daily advertise their product in print as well as Television and if this type of answer received by consumer then the image of microtek going that their after sales service is very poor. Company image is build by not only selling the product buy a good after sales service.I am working as Sr Branch manager in Oriental insurance company (PSU)and recently transferred from Lucknow to Bhadohi and my local address is 101 Jai bajrang depelopers Auri road Bhadohi. kindly look in the matter as your service providers are damaging the name of your company. rajiv varshney Mob no 9839014533
