We purchased Micromax Canvas A-120 Grey phone from E-Mart Enterprises,D-155,Fateh Nagar,Jail Road,New Delhi-110018 worth Rs.9,200/- on 13.05.2014 with a Home Serve Paladin Systems Pvt.Ltd. Protection Plan of Rs.800/- valid for 2 years. Accidently, in September Phone Screen got damaged so we called Home Serve to pickup and repair. They take the phone from our home on 11.09.2014 at 3:00pm and said it will take 15 days to get it repaired.Then, on 26.09.2014 we got a call from them that phone is non-repairable so you we can give you only Rs.2,600/- something or take the phone as it is.We opt for payment so they said,cheque will be couriered you within 15 days.Then,after frequent calls to Home Serve we get no response.

Then, on 23.11.2014 we again get a call from them saying please submit Box and charger to Paladin Systems Pvt. Ltd.,Collection Point1:-West End Mall,#114,2nd Floor,New Delhi-110058 (ph) : 011-64646563. We did the same on 25.11.2014 they again said, within 15 days cheque will be couriered at your place. Then again no response from the company.They received the call on 28.12.2014 and replied that they will call us after confirming from Account Department then we received a letter from Rameshwar Singh Rana (Advocate) Chamber No.G426, Karkardooma Court, Delhi-110092 stating that “Mobile Handset is tampered by you as “Seal is broken and Screw is Missing’ same is resulting from any other than normal use and operation also improper equipment modification at you end and as per our company policy term and condition you come under the clause WHAT IS NOT COVERED of the Protection Plan availed by you.” Then, I called the company they said, if you get the notice from Advocate so we are not able to do anything now I said we’ll make a complaint against your company they said, do whatever you want to we can’t help in this now.I disconnected the call.If the seal was actually broken then why they 3 months to confirm that.They can tell this on the first call.Screw was missing, it can be misplaced by the repairing engineer.How can they say screw is missing from our end?If you need,we have all the documents received from them.Please issue a Notice against their Fraud and help us to resolve this issue.Hoping for a helpful action.
