My grievance is that if the company is having any process they should have informed the customer prior about the same or else they should have posted on their site .They didn’t do so…how poor customer can suffer becoz of their un-intimated process .My humble request is,i have asked them to please charge me only for the GB’s i have used or else transfer the un-used GB to my account ….MTS have replied that they can’t do that becoz of their process. How customer can suffer ?becoz of their uninitiated process ??? Secondly,They are torturing me by sending about 20 to 25 sms and frequent calls about remaining me to pay the bill once the bill get generated every month ,even though am a very prompt payer they are torturing me every time in this way where i couldn’t able to do my routine office work, they disturb me during the important meeting times . I request to take stingent action against those who are giving unwanted trouble to the public because of their un intimated process of their company .I don’t how many of the customers have suffered because of their un-intimated process
they are cheating customer by billing for unused datas and they are not informing the customers about their process
