MTS – Connection Deactivated Despite Bill Payment

My internet has been deactivated from Monday, August 11, 2014. I called the customer care number and they informed me that it was disconnected because I haven’t paid my bill. Now this statement is wrong because I have paid my bill and I have the online transaction id to prove it. After calling a number of times to the customer care number and being told that they are still “processing” the issue.

I need the internet at home as I am a journalist and I need it for my work. I have lost 4 days worth of work thanks to the deactivation of the internet connection.

I just want my internet connection back
