My MTS internet connection was deactivated due to non payment of bills for a month. Afterwards I have paid all my outstanding bill(even for the deactivated period) amount and raised a request for deactivation of my account with the MTS customer care branch. Now MTS people are saying that they will again give me a final bill which I have to pay even though the connection was deactivated temporarily and I was not using it. They said only after clearing that bill amount they will process my request. I feel cheated because I have cleared all outstanding dues. This seems to be a trap by MTS to retain customers by hock & crook who want to want to surrender their accounts because of poor service of MTS.
Acknowledgement of my paying all due amounts and deactivation of my MTS account permanently.
