Fridge was booked on 18/10/2014 through snapdeal.com & delivery was assured by them on 25/10/2014 but I have received the delivery on 02/11/2014. Fridge was delivered with package tampered with and fridge in a damaged state and content of the package missing like warranty and user manual & also a part of the fridge missing. The fridge was not as per technical specification & product description displayed online or displayed in various electronic stores or company outlets. Technician did not turn to my home to start the fridge therefore I do not know about working of the fridge. The electric cord top is bearing an old paint suggesting that this is not a new fridge. The metal part on the rear of the fridge is damaged and torn apart. Matter was reported to the concerned by complaint no.11424606 against my order no 3249343121.and repeated reminders were sent for the resolution of my complaint.

Immediate refund of money with compensation based on my age,profession,my earnings reflected in income tax return. Guilty should be severely punished to protect consumers from such cheats. My humble prayer to the competent authorities is kindly look in the matter and your action should be deterrent to commit similar offence by any online traders.
