Xolo Mobile Faced Display Problem Harassed Service

My handset Xolo q2000 is in customer care from last 45 days,11/10/14 to till date & the delivery date was 21/10/14 but after more than 1 month of delivery date they are unable to provide my handset even any update regarding the handset. I’m being harassed by them.

Delivery my handset after repair or replace immediately & I need mental & financial harassment charge.Because I have visited & contacted over phn in every day from last one month.
