I have ordered Sandisk pendrive (16GB) with sandisk ultra memory card(8GB) from this dealer through paytm. During inquiry, they told that I will be replaced with a original product depicted in the advertisement if I get any wrong product; or refund will be made if i am not satisfied and they told I will get the delivery n 2-3 working days. I ordered the product. They showed sandisk cruzer blade in the advertisement. But, I was shocked after opening the parcel.(The product was delivered only after 5 days) They have sent some small type of pendrive(flash drive) which is totally different from the product shown. It is very small that I cant be able to use it or even trace it when lost.
I need paytm to do the following things, 1) Replace the product with the original product shown in advertisement. They must do it because it is cheating offence according to IPC. 2) If they cant replace the product just give my money back as cash not in paytm wallet and all. 3) Companies must provide help-line for customers. But they haven’t provided any numbers. only possible way is mailing them and waiting for their response for 1 day. They must provide some helplines to customers. 4) I have sent as many mails to the company but they are not providing any valid reason for avoiding replacement. I need valid reason and the reason must be VALID. 5) I need to talk to their higher officials. I know I have proof and rights to sue them in Consumer courts but still wants to sole this smoothly.
