Order no 9373486 [Incident: 140322-004142] I bought ADDSFLFP89820 – Adidas Men Brown ADI RIO Flip Flops on 22nd December 2013 from Myntra.com. Within three months of usage the upper part of sole of the Flip Flops has started tearing off. I believe a quality product from a brand like Adidas should not be of such inferior standards. I raised the issue with Myntra and as expected they dragged the issue back and forth for about a month after asking for images of the product, which I have sent them at least thrice and finally they denied the replacement saying MYNTRA TEAM HAS DECLINED THE REQUEST. The most ridiculous and irresponsible answer.

I want either the flip flops to be replaced or refund my money.
