I have bought lumia 625 on 10 may but the handset had issues.. The battery backup even in standby mode is max 5 hours,the handset is always heated, to access few settings i have restart my phone always and the applications also crash often.. Informed these issues to the nokia person of store but i couldn’t submit my handset was i was out f town. I submitted my handset on 19 may but even after the servicing phone has the same issues and there is no replacement.

I demand they accept Return of the handset and issue complete refund.
