Ola cabs charged my mother way above the bill amount. When the actual bill amount came up as 261, the driver said the bill was 300 and when asked for a bill, he negligently replied that it will come to the email after 15 mins. While the bill came to the email after 10 mins, it mentioned the bill was actually 261. I contacted the customer care and they said that they will inquire but no action has been taken so far

I want to sue Ola cabs for their negligence and for over charging and demand 5000 rupees for causing mental agony.
