One shop retailers – not working as described

Dear team, I bough the Braun shaver CRUZ6 FACE on 07.06.2113 from Landmark in Forum, Bangalore. I was told that if there is any issue, it will be replaced with new piece. After few days, i went to Budapest. But i noticed that it was not working as described. Infact i used to get pain on my face during trimming. Around 2 months back, i went to landmark to request for the change . They were not ready ready to accept it, and i was told to visit service center. Initially i was told that i have to visit landmark if there is any issue. This is the 1st thing where they cheated.One more argument what they gave is, why I went so late, according them i would have visited them on the very 1st week. When i went to service center in Jaynagar, Bangalore, they told that they will replace the blade. What i wanted to convey them that the shaver is not working on my face as it was described to me. And also there is no question of replacement of blade,as it was told to me that a new piece will be given. And i told them that i have paid so heafty amount for a product which not suited for my face, i need refund for this, they made a joke by showing a piece which was costlier thean mine and told if your`s is costly than what is this? For them Rs 4500 is very small amount. When i told them that i am going to compalin in consumer court they told they don care for this. They told me to talk to Mumbai office. After this, i sent a mail to Braun Mumbai office which is the headquarter, but i have not got any reply for this in last 15-20 days. Kindly let me know what should i do? The bill no is 020618.
