I booked this toaster online with this brand and it has been over a month of non deliverance of the product. The customer care are unclear whether the product is not in stock or what but if you go through the site even today it would show the toaster in stock. My complaint number ISTKT24702 has been registered with them on 02 December

I want my product as soon as possible with some relaxation in the point value as compensated by other online shopping stores
