I purchased a phone from this website for 16600 on 12th march 2014 and I have not received the product for 25 days, then I cancelled the order and asked for refund now its been 28 days and refund has not been initiated. There payment was made through my credit card and I am now overdue on the card. The number is 180030001177

I want the refund amount back for 16600 and any compensation for 2 months that I have not received the product or the refund.
