Houehold Goods booked to be transported from Mumbai to Nagaon bill no.694 dated 18th june 2014, consignment no. 745 dated 18th june 2014. Mr. Ramlal committed to transport within 12 days, but the goods reached on 13th july 2014 after continuous follow ups and calls to the person and the driver concern. The goods reached in very worst and damaged condition. Then i asked Mr. Ramlal to provide me the insurance details which he had done for my goods of worth 150000, but till date he has not given me any details regarding the above said. I already sent three reminders though e-mails regarding status of my insurance for the refund of money against goods, but he didn’t reply even once.

1. 32 inch SONY LCD TV worth Rs. 40000 completely damaged 2. 165L Voltas refrigerator worth Rs. 10000 fully damaged, door is broken, legs are broken, couldn’t stand by itself even 3. A bog Almirah worth Rs. 12000 damaged from the TOP and the BOTTOM and that too can’t stand on its own.
