Paytm Balance Deduction – Violation of RBI Mobile Banking Rules

I opened my account with Paytm on 01 Oct 13 by paying Rs 1000/-(order no. 139266279) for online mobile recharge through Paytm. From this sum of 1000 rupees I used a total amount of rupees 299/-only at three different occasions as mentioned below: Order no. Dated. Amount 161732356. 03 Nov 13. 99/- 184040510. 02 Jan 14. 100/- 197079166. 09 Feb 14. 100/- The remaining sum of rupees 701/- is still with the company; however, my Paytm account is showing ZERO balance. I have made many attempts to sort out the matter by apprising them about the error through email ( dated 15 Nov, 19 Nov, 23 Nov,30 Dec 14 & 01 Jan 15). They have informed that it is converted to Promo code but my account is not showing it, instead it is showing ZERO balance. The matter remains unresolved for the past many months is a proof that they are not willing to sort out the matter.

I should be paid back the balance amount Rs. 701/- at the earliest as this is a clear violation of RBI Mobile Banking Rules and thus the license given to Paytm should stand cancelled.
