I received a discount coupon from Paytm by recharging through Paytm.com using promotional scheme that involved adding a discount voucher online worth 1 rs. and they provided 200 rs. coupon code on my email id. However, when called upon to Mom and Me, they told they have wrongly posted the coupon and that I will not get the benefit as mentioned by Paytm.com
My time and money was wasted as I had recharged only because I was being assured about the benefit that I would be getting. And I was emotionally shattered as I wanted to buy the products for caring of my expected baby.
I want the coupon benefit to be redeemed. And a compensation for harassment caused to me.
