I purchased a sofa for 34000/- and can’t believe within 2 months it has lost its charm. I am calling these people from phoinex furniture on their landline mentioned in the attached bill, also called Deepa who’s number can be seen on the attached bill but none of them are picking up the call to fix the sofa. At the time of selling, they gave me a 3yrs wranty, but now they are not reachable at all. Please help me fix my sofa, it is deteroiting every passing day & stiches are now coming out.
