We have sent one courier on 17th September 2014 from his Noida branch our document number is “NDA6606895” to one of our client in Bangalore, but till today that packed is in Delhi only. When we try call on customer care 01145723333 they are not given any answer, then we call Mr. Verma 08130356xxx he said I will let you know, but when again we try to contact him he is misbehaving with us, then we contact Mr. Gajendra Singh on 09650393xx and he said I’m out of office and ask us to call on land-line 01125541063 on this they are yes packed in Mahipalpur.

On the time of booking they are given us conformation your packed will deliver in with in 2 working days,and last date was 20th September 2014, till today our client not received any courier so he rejected out order amount of Rs. 50,000,00/- and we lost that order just because of this.

We want at lest 5% of that amount to recover out production and manpower cost ASAP.
