my brother in law mr sabarinath had sent a courier for myself on 8/08/2014.it was sent from perumbavoor ,ernakulam.i reside at kanhangad ,kasargod which is around 200 plus km from perumbavoor.i got it on 12/08/14 noon.i enquired about the courier on 11/08/14 personally at kanhangad proffessional courier office.they told me that it didn’t reach d office.they called me on 12/08/14 saying that courier has been reached and had to collect it from the office.i went their and collected.

my wife was taking medicine .my brother in law has sent that medicenes ,those which were not easily available and expensive too.as i didn’t get the courier on time,we were forced to buy it.more over didnt get the whole medicines.we were really stressed up as per the non availability of medicines.they have to b taken at a particular time,so non consumption of medicine may lead to reduction in efficacy.apart from all of these,they didn’t deliver it at home.they said that they don’t deliver at home.i have searched their web site for their terms and regulation.no where it is written that they don’t undertake home delivery.it is a clear case of cheating .
