I’ve applied for withdrawal of Rs 1,00,000 on 21.02.14 from ipho,new delhi ppf ac no.0022790392 as i needed the fund to meet certain medical and other expenses but i was taken aback that i didn’t get the withdrawal without assigning any reason. i’d no plan to disturb the fund but due to emergency i’d no other option despite repeated requests the authorities didn’t care to look into .my whole plans went upside and I’ve to borrow on heavy interest which cost me financially and goodwill wise, i’ve to overlook the medical attention of my senior citizen mother..postal authorities isn’t clearing how the withdrawal applied on 21.02.14 honored on 05.03.14, I’ve to file enormous complaints and RTIs which has again cost me lots of time,money and pain.
