Railway Booking Officials Using Bad Language

our consignment booked on17/10/15 at theni. but not received 20/10/15 at vootuvalmadam ,near nagercoil junction railway station.so we go to the office and waited 30min to trace our consignment. i found staff at nagercoil courier office not having service mind.especially staff name boopathy .he is using unParliamentary words.so i feel bad experience. “service with hard words”.is aim of this courier. i never recommend this courier to my friend. i am ready to attend any enquiry conducted ur headoffice. consignment no:1061648
