Sad part is that after giving the written complaint to reliance Big TV, I have got the sms yesterday again saying that the complaint is closed and charged 175 rupees.

The message is like this …your service request number 220214134 is closed and your are charged 175 .00. Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. My Set UP box number 200503173051 in the name of Vimal B Nair

I am repeatedly telling no one came to our house for check up the issue or not solved the problem….Now i came to know there is no point of raising the complaint through the telephone. If i raise you are closing with out attending the case. Any senior can involve in this and give a solution at the earliest.

Request you to reverse all the amount debited to my account for this …I am not accepting any debit on this as communicated earlier. This is purely the mistake of the channel partner who fixed the dish with out any proper quality materials. Need solution urgently. Any senior can involve in this and give a solution at the earliest.
