sir/madam i have tried calling customer care yesterday they didn’t picked for 1/2 an hour and later on i disconnected. today morning same 1/2 an hour then i disconnected today evening 8.00 clock up to 8.45 then i disconnected. the matter is i stay at rented house and now i need to shift the dishtv by tomorrow. above stated add is my present add. and new add is stated in my profile

either shift the dish and provide regular service or pay back the settop box purchase price 2000/- i didn’t thought that bigtv would not be able to compete, their are few connections of bigtv and also, recharge vouchers are not available easily… kindly do the needful
