Reliance Digital TV Shifting Problems – Review

I have recently shifted to the new premises at Koramangala at Bangalore. I have shifted and installed with the help of Reliance Big tv channel partner after registering the request through customer service. The services started from 2 rd of May, after the service technician worked on this. Next day the services was not there due to balance was insufficient.

I have put 2500 amount to my account. On 3 rd and told them to extend for a year. They have informed that till 7 th amount is there you can continue and after 7th please call for one year plan.

I have done the same on 7th and on 9th the service was not there. I was on tour and registered another compaint over phone on 10th. Till now the problem solved. The biggest fun and wonder happened , when I have received SMS saying that the problem solved and charged of 175 rupees.

The problem was the dish was not fixed properly by the technician on 2 nd of May. It was fallen down with in a week. At that time I have got a debit of 375 rupees and done that work. I have personally checked and found the fixing was not proper and not used any quality screws, bold or necessary things which is required for proper fixing. When I have checked with the channel partner he was informed that the company is not supplying the material.

Hence problem not solved I have called the customer service at 2.00 PM and checked the status. I have noticed the issue which I have shared to the person and he told me that he will take the compaint and sent the email to operation dept. Then I was getting a call from the technician saying that he came to building to check …When I was aked about this is the way you are fitting the dish he was telling that what material I have with that I can fix, we dont give any gurantee for a day also.Hence he dont have the proper materials I told him with out proper quality materials pls talk to your senior once and with this do not fix…He left as it is….

Then I was getting sms yesterday evening saying that problem solved charged 175/-, i have again called the customer services and asked about this …They were telling the problem solved that is the reason charged….. They are ready to take anouther complaint ….Again I have registered one complaint for which they have agreed with me 24 hours of tat …Tilll now nothing happened….

Now my claim is as follows,

01. Hence the technician is not fixed properly the same has been fallen from the terrance, why should i pay again and again the charges. Only shifting charge is enough. no other charges for this …

02. Refund of days which I don’t have the services – From 9 may to when I am confirming that working.

03. I have put 2500 and balance was there around 200 in my account plus my account was there till 7 th May 2014…

I need some senors to look into this and solve the problem immediatly
