Deduction of balance of Rs.65 on 29/11/2015 of(mobile no.- 8303539176) between 6 to 10 a.m .All of this balance has been deducted even though i did not use any balance. No information has yet been given of balance deducted though i called call centre many times.They are just saying technical problem every time i call.It has been almost 48 hours(2days) and Reliance is not returning my balance.This is the third time i am facing this problem by reliance within six months. Please update me with what is wrong with reliance,why are they deducting balance without any reason.Please return the balance to the earliest.
