The connection of my reliance Net connection no. 7483163xxx has been disconnected during May 14th 2013 and all the payment dues are paid in advance. But after couple of days I started getting the Monthly bills & I do communicated the same to Customer support And they said the connection has been re-activated, but I informed them that I have not requested for the re-activation. & now they are demanding me to pay the out standing of 1337. And also I requested them to give the proof of re-activation request. and also my usage records. But they are not ready to give any info & forcing me to pay the Bill amount. After this I have called customer care & also visited the Customer care center to inform the problem. But after this also I am getting Notice unnecessarily. Pleas help me to solve the issue.
I don’t want to pay the bill & also don’t want them to disturb me by unnecessary NOTICES
