Reliance Mobile – Sudden deduction main balance

Good Evening Sir/Madam, Hii My name is Mohit I am a customer of Reliance from the last 5 years. I am very disappointed with the customer support of Reliance from the last 2 months. There was a sudden deduction in my main balance last month, I try to contact to the customer care but there was no response after connecting for so long. The same deduction occurred this month as well, again I try to contact to the customer support but again there was no response after hanging in for so long. Finally I have decided to PORT my Number and will do so. This is just to inform you that your customer support is not providing the support at all. Kindly Pay attention to this problem.
