regarding my subject i got problem with the mobile i bought in flipkart.com. Order id-OD40829134226 BlackBerry Z10 1. [IMEI/Serial No: [[35388705056911328]] ]. Worth rs-18700 When i purchase this product on flipkart.com after three days i click the software update button which requires to update os. After i click the button, its got corrupted, then i gave for madurai blackberry showroom, they send that product to banglore blackberry showroom, this product holding 1.5year warranty but in bengalore showroom their they mentioned that, it cant be repair under warrenty service, because this IMEI number got corrupt, so after i complained to flipkart many times, till now there is no response from there, Please give me a solution

I need same new product, or i need to get the mobile with proper condition under warranty service.Thank you
