ACT Broadband – New Connection delay no response

We have made the payment ACT Broadband on 15/11/2014 and was promised a connection within 24 business hours. They asked for advance payment which I have made the payment for at the same time. And now it is one week the sales person Srinivas behaves like a thief and is ignorant of any number of call you make at his phone number. Even no response through a SMS. We have been calling them daily. They just tell us someone will call you in two hours but no call been made yet till now. Now after a week they teel the service is not available in your area. We need more time.

I want my connection to be activated within a day. Since they have harassed us. We have made payment for 6 months in advance that is 7072 rupee. I want them to pay for my entire years connection in return now. I hope this will be a good learning for them not to commit when you do not have any fair resource allocated in any area. And teach their sales person some etiquette to deal with consumers and not to make false commitments.
