Samsung – AC very low performance issue not resolved

Purchased 2 Tonnes Samsung AC on 8th April 2015. Since then the AC is very low on performance. I created a service request on 1st May by calling their Support helpline. Since then 5 technicians have visited the AC and they have not been able to resolve the issue. The AC was also taken to their service centre for 7 days, but still issue is not resolved. Called their customer care 16 times in last 21 days and they do not take any request, fail to document about me calling and only LIE about supervisor calling back. Also emailed their CEO executive team but no response. Also logged complaint on their fb page, but no response.

I have invested 40k behind this ac (on loan), which is a pretty hefty amount. I have suffered harassment from Samsung and their attitude of “We cant do anything” and cheating a customer
