I have purchased Samsung Laptop Model No. NP350V5C-S03IN, Serial No. HUF798FC6A2Z7ZY on 30.11.12. There was offer of one years extended warranty on this model. The certificate for extended warranty has been not provided to me till date even after repeated online complaint to the company. In the month of Oct 2013, I had a problem with the keyboard of subject laptop. it was replaced by the service centre being within the one years authorised warranty period. Now, I am facing the same problem again. The matter for replacement of keyboard was discussed with the representative of service center at Allahabad. I was infored that in the absence of extended warranty certificate, I have to pay the cost of key board (if replaced) and service charges.

I want my warranty to be extended to the authorised period up to 30.11.14 along with a compensatory 6 months addtional warranty upto 31.05.15 and financial compensation of Rs 20,000/- due to mental harrasment for not providing the extended warranty in time to the customer
