I have purchased Samsung laptop from Flipkart with an extended warranty of one year which is clearly mentioned in my invoice. Now when I contacted Samsung for service they informed me that since I did not do online registration for the extended warranty they cannot provide that. But Flipkart never told me to do registration nor mentioned anything regarding the same in the invoice.
I would like to have compensation from Samsung and Flipkart as the latter did not tell me that online registration was a must to avail extended warranty.
