Samsung Refrigerator Performance Review by Consumer

I am really frustrated customer and Samsung India (including service Centers, Customer Care, CEO’s desk, MD’s desk) are causing the pain. Samsung engineer attended refrigerator cooling complaint in February and completely wrong treatment was done which is identified by another Samsung engineer on 19th September. Required filter was not changed and excessive amount of gas was filled (I am sure excessive amount can blast too) which is causing over-heating of compressor and damaging the compressor. I logged another complaint in Samsung on 19th as suggest by visiting engineer and still waiting for the resolution. It looks like excessive gas was filled to damage the compressor intentionally to make money by damaging the compressor as it’s out of warranty. I am following at every level in Samsung from customer care to service center to CEO office to MD office and progress so far is that yesterday an engineer visited my home told that one more part needs to be replaced and he will back in around 1 hour. Fridge is completely down since yesterday because he opened the back panel and he has not come back yet. Please help me out to get this issue resolved and ask Samsung to stop such unfair practices in India.

Fridge is not working which is causing lots of pain. Compressor must have been week in last 8 months of operation with excessive gas filled.
