May I have the honour to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 model No GT-P3100 bearing IMEI No. 354795050377289 carrying one year warranty vide bill No. 2012-1373754 dated 1st December 2011 for Rs 18300/- from Mobile Arena G-30,Vikas Surya Plaza, Shoping Complex Mangalam Place M2K Market Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi-110085 and a brand new galaxy note 3 bearing IMEI No. 358021057679577/01 carrying one year warranty vide bill no.C F 8 1 2 3 5 dated 18/Nov/2013 for Rupess 45200/- from Retail Invoice Spice Retail Limited G-27 Vikas Surya Shopping Mall Mangalam Place Rohini Sec 3,Delhi. Both these devices had some manufacturing defects which could not be rectified by the company in spite of several repairs attempted by them. I had to visit their care centre and call their helpline a number of times for the rectification of the problems but unfortunately they showed a very apathetic behavior. Even their behavior was not courteous towards me. I spent a large amount of money on both the devices (RS 65000/ approx) for hassle free service. I am feeling cheated. I have emailed their support centre many times to refund my money as I do not want to have a relationship with a company which never cares for their customers. I request your honour to kindly help me get the refund and oblige.

I want full refund of my money.
