I purchased Samsung TV vide purchase order No.61047379 and paid the amount through net on 13.07.2015 to Shopclues. The delivery of the model No UA40J5 100ARXBG was delivered at my residence on 21.07.2015. The invoice sent along with TV indicated name of firm CEEPEE Impex with mobile no.99532 20739 on it.
As per the product displayed on the net, seller warranty of one year was available. Of late, we noticed some dark spots and two half lines appearing on the screen. I tried to contact several times for resolution of the problem on the given mobile number but was unsuccessful in my attempt. I am continuously pursuing with your office for the last approx.25/30 days. First I tried to contact M/s Ceepee Impex on the mobile mentioned on invoice but message came Mobile Switched Off you may call later on. Even today same message is coming. Subsequently, I took up the matter with Shopclues by sending various emails but no effort has been made by Shopclues for resolution of the problem. Mail sent to CEO remains unattended Due to this, I am forced to seek your assistance for removal of the defect. Please help. Thanks & Regards
I want the removal of defect in the TV , which is generally not expected in a reputed product like SAMSUNG within a short duration
