ShopClues.com – defective product no replacement or refund

My Order number is 11754107 dt 05.03.14 value of Rs. 8495.00 for a Mobile Phone Blackberry Bold 9650 Verizon as advertised in the shopclues.com website. The product was defective as it was not compatible for Vodafone BB services. After initial complaint vide Ticket Number: 797923 dated 24.04.14, I was advised by ShopClues to contact the Vendor – ED Retail Mr. Vikram Mehta on Number : 0-99582 22206 for solving the issue. Mr. Vikram admitted that BB Bold 9650 Verizon model is Not compatible with Vodafone Services and that I should return this handset so that he will send the Vodafone services compatible BB Bold 9650 handset to me. I returned the handset to ED Retail directly by Speed Post vide Tracking No : EK50337715IN dated 06.05.14 and Vikram acknowledged that he has received the defective handset and has already dispatched the replacement handset by FEDEX Courier on 09.05.14. As I did not receive the promised handset, I have been following up with ED Retail for the AWB Tracking number of FedEx and also with Shopclues.com through several calls and emails but there is no response and they have stopped attending to my calls nor have they reverted to me by email. I have sought either to send the replacement handset or to confirm the refund of my amount but there is nobody responding either from Shopclues or from ED Retail.

I am seeking full refund of my amount Rs. 8495.00 paid to Shopclues for this defective handset along with Rs. 5000.00 ( Rupees Five Thousand only ) as damages for failing to respond to my queries and concerns and failing to refund my amount despite several mails.
