I had bought this item Benetton Sports Red – Women Deo from shopclues.com on 28th Dec 2014. The item never reached me. When ever I call them I hear that they will update in 48 hours. Till now nothing has been done. Shipment company told that the item is lost. They are making me run from pillar to post for this item.

I need the refund and an appropriate compensation for this. It has caused me lot of mental agony and strain calling them almost 15-20 times. Telling the same problem again and again.
