They ShopClues.com delivered me a defective product. I complained back and they returned it after 15 days but no refund has been made from their side and no communication from them has been attempted. 10 days are over after they have received the returned item well as they had delivered to me.

The cost incurred in the item plus calls i have made to seller which are provided to them has costed me around 1000 bucks.

I want complete compensation of my harassment and proper steps taken against these fraudulent sites to prevent them to making fool their customers in future.
