Sir/ Madam, I ordered a Nokia BL 4c mah 860 battery online order no-#49525805 from shopclues.com.After the ord3er initially they did not confirm the order online which was the procedure.After 24 hours I contacted the customer care via email and they confirmed my order via mail. after at least four to five days they informed me that the product will be delivered via Delivery courier within 10 business days. They also mentioned thee time and the product was delivered to me duly. Whilst inserting the battery in my nokia cell I found that the battery was not of my use . It was larger than I require.It was BL 4c 890 mah. TheyThey mentioned a change date within 10 days of delivery of the battery.I contacted their customer support department and the person said to lodge my complaint on their website from which online address I purchased it.I did so. But they refused automatically to register my complaint.It was an automated complaint booking system.I tried repeatedly and same thing is happening with me saying your quota of sending emails is over. I again called their customer care and the person receiving the call told me that please try again to lodge your complaint and please don’t tell or inform this incident to anyone else.I have all the received and sent and refused complaints in my gmail inbox.Now I am helpless they are not ready to change my battery and the time period is almost at the end.Please help me. I am living in South Kolkata ,with my aged senior citizen cardiac patient father.He is 77+and unable to move almost. I am 33+ his only daughter.Unmarried, graduate.

1. I want them to refund me the money. OR 2. Change the battery from Nokia BL 4c mah 890 to Nokia BL 4c 860 mah. And 3. I want a recharge at least one in my no 0974828xxxx for using it every now and then to send emails to shopclues .com to change the battery. I am unable to forward the emails between shopclues and me as I am unable to download them from internet.
