On 17th July 2014 I have ordered a “smart card reader/writer” but shopclues.com sends me an unwanted product i.e., “OTG Smart Card Reader+HUB+MicroUSB”(which is micro USB Card Reader for smart phone and tablet). shopclues.com is completely a fraud online shop, this online shop showing one thing in his website and delivering another thing. They were not responding to my phone calls or not taking steps for returning of my money, only showing different causes. Details: Order placed dt.17th July 2014 Order no.: 16908349 Product received and parcel opened dt.23rd July 2014. Due to wrong and unwanted product complain lodge in shopclues.com through email dt.23rd July On 30th July 2014 shopclues.com replied me to send the picture of delivered product. I replied the same with picture same day. On 31st July I asked what happens about my refund through email. It is needless to say again shopclues.com demand the product picture and I again reply with picture through email. On 01st August they replied merchant have approved for refund of my money and it is in under process. On 05th August I again wrote to them and the reply from them… it is in process don’t worry.

I want to ask while I have given payment does I have shown them any misbehave or told them my netbanking payment is under process or else but while refund why they were showing me different causes and taking unwanted times. I want to show them the power and right of consumers and get my money back from shopclues.com Please teach them a lesson so that in future SHOPCLUES.COM would think 100 times before playing with innocent consumers.
