NOTE: shopper52.com WEBSITE IS NOT LISTED IN THE DROP DOWN SO I HAVE SELECTED : lotofstock I have ordered memory form pillow for 799/- from website : shopper52.com on 05/08/2014, before ordering this product I have also confirmed with them about refund policy. They clarified that I can refund it with 14 days. I received the product and It was not up to my expectation. So I called them and they gave me the above mailing address. I have couriered it to them and I also got confirmation from DTDC that It was delivered. From that day on wards they are troubling me. Whenever I call they either disconnect the call or thwy do not answer calls. I wrote them several mail requesting for my refund but all in vein. With great hope I am registering this complaint with you.
