I had given my car skoda superb BE 6588 for servicing to JMD auto india (nerul navi mumbai) on 13th of march 2019 and was told that i will get it back in a day or two and still haven’t got it back. Everytime i give my car for servicing i face this problem. I was also told that i will be provided with a standby car since it is taking longer for my car to be returned. I have been following up since so many days but in vain. It causes a lot of inconvenience to customers already without their car thus they plan and give it on days that are convenient to them. what is the point then! Even last time i got my car back in 1 whole month! Please look into this matter and get my car serviced sooner as i need it for daily travel. My contact number is 98205847XX
