I have booked a sony xperia mobile from the snapdeal.com. They have given me a estimated delivery date. They did not deliver the product at this date. After my complian the given me 2-3 times date to deliver my booked product and they also givrn a no. to track the product. Even on 12/08/14 my product status was as it is as on 01/08/14. After that agin i caal them. They promise me to diliver my product on 15/08/14. But i was not able to track my product. Then i call them and they tell me that without any information they have return back the product. And they are not going to deliver.

Actually i want to give that mobile to my sister on rakshabandhan. After calling on 100 of times i dont grt a good response. And they dont have a toll free number. After promising me 4-5 times they dont deliver the product. And i thought soon i wiil get the product. (i have their e-mail and massages as evidence.)
