sir, i bought a skullcandy earphone from online shopping site snapdeal . but the product stopped working after 3 month i asked them to replace my earphones to skullcandy but after verification by skullcandy the earphone was found duplicate so they denied to replace the earphone. then i contacted to snapdeal for my earphone replacement but they to denied to replace the duplicate earphone

i asked snapdeal to replace my duplicate earphone which was send by them they denied to replace.i was cheated by them by giving me a duplicate earphones which is not working properly now in just 3 month and i have got 1 year warrenty
