I had Submitted my Mobile for repairing purpose on 7th June, 2014 since LCD was broken and replacement was required. Till date, i have not received my mobile and have been receiving various reasons whenever asked for service status. For 1 month phone was lying in service center waiting for part to arrive from company. Then they sent my phone to factory in Noida where repairing was to take place. Since 15 days they say phone is in transit from factory to service center.

Either, i want my phone repaired within a week, or if its not possible to get repaired, replace that phone with equivalent model new phone. My phone is still under a year warranty since, i had bought it in the month of Jan 2014.
